The Washington State Legislature approved changes to RCW 18.44, the Escrow Registration Act, during its session this year.  In accordance with that, the Department of Financial Institutions is working on changes to the WACs to coincide with the changes in law.  On July 13, 2010, DFI will hold a webinar for comments from members of the settlement industry.  Please find attached a copy of the proposed rule changes for your review.
