Once you join a local regional you are automatically enrolled in the State Association and the National Association
Dues are paid once a year to the local regional.
Contributions or gifts to Escrow Association of Washington Inc are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THAT PORTION OF THE DUES WHICH ARE USED FOR “LOBBYING” as legally defined. Based upon 2011 activity, the Board of Directors has estimated that $20.22 of your most recent dues represents the nondeductible Escrow Association of Washington portion.
