EXHIBIT FEATURES
We provide extensive promotion to settlement agents and professionals through:
- “Save the Date” electronic postcard outlining the EAW Annual Educational Conference, emailed to approx. 1000 settlement agents, EAW members, past seminar attendees and
attendee prospects. - Ongoing eblast e-mail communications promoting the seminar delivered directly to approximately 1000 inboxes.
- The EAW Educational Conference Program reserves a listing for each exhibitor which contains contact information and a company profile. This program is distributed to all
attendees in PDF format, who utilize it as an ongoing reference tool. - Social media promotion on Facebook.
- A six-month banner ad on the EAW website’s home page with a link to your company website.

Due to limited space on the convention center’s loading dock, they cannot accept shipments more than one (1) business day before September 15th. Therefore, please have all shipments arrive Friday, September 14.
Click here for the Lynwood Convention Center Shipping form- if you are shipping materials to the convention center, this must be filled out and submitted.
When unloading, vendors are to pull into the “lower circle drive”, this is a no parking zone so vendors must be actively loading or unloading and can then re-park in the main parking lot. Click here for an aerial photo of the property and surrounding streets. The lower circle drive is shown by the yellow rings at the corner of 36th St Ave and 196th St SW. Exhibitors can either enter from the 196th St SW side and take an immediate right into the lower circle drive or enter from 36th Ave W and take an immediate left into the lower circle drive.
